Where is the Festival? HOTH is located on the beautiful Hayshed Farms at the meeting of Turnbull Creek and the Harpeth River. The physical address is 1514 W Kingston Springs Rd, Kingston Springs, TN 37082. For more information about directions Click Here.

When is the festival? HOTH will take place 12-13 October 2018.

Festival gates are scheduled to open at 12pm on Friday 12 October 2018.

Please pay attention to and obey local authorities as you approach the festival. They are there to make everyone’s arrival safe, orderly and efficient.

Kids 12 & under are FREE with a paid adult admission.

Wristbands must be worn and visible at all times; we will be checking wristbands throughout the weekend. If you are camping, you will need a separate camping wristband. Your wristband is your magical festival pass, so don’t hide it, give it away, lose it, or eat it during the midnight jam. No pay, no stay! For more information on camping Click Here.

Please act with kindness and respect. The producers of the event may ask, or force, you to leave the property for any reason they deem necessary.

No glass! This is for your and everyone’s safety! All beverages and foods must be in a plastic or other container.

No fireworks.

No personal drones.

No Pets. Please keep pets at home.

Smoking is a privilege, not a right. Fresh air is a right. You may smoke, but please respect the air space of your non-smoking friends. And yes, cigarette butts are litter, too, so dispose of them properly! Be aware of the weather; if it is particularly dry be careful with cigarettes!

E-cigarettes are also allowed, but be mindful of others around you who may not enjoy them.

You may leave your festival chair at the stage, but if you leave your chair at the stage you can expect it to be sat in by anyone who wants to. If you sit in someone else’s chair, please get up quickly when the owner returns.

Alcoholic beverages are allowed in your campsite area. Please leave your personal beers at your campsite when you enter the stage and vending areas. There will be beer vendors on site at the main stage and in the vending area. Consumption by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and over-indulgence will not be tolerated; either of these could result in removal from the property. Please put your beverages in plastic or other containers: No glass.

Illegal substances are not allowed anywhere on festival grounds.

No weapons are allowed on the festival grounds.

HOTH is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds. Come prepared for beautiful Tennessee weather (which means all four seasons in one day!)

Lineup and schedule are subject to change.

No golf carts, ATVs or four-wheelers.

Lock your cars and secure your campsite! Neither HOTH nor Hayshed Farms are responsible for any lost or stolen valuables.

Keep yourself safe! Neither HOTH nor Hayshed Farms are responsible for your personal safety.

Small campfires are permitted. Please buy firewood locally to keep from spreading the ash borer beetle. There will be firewood for sale in the festival grounds. Grills are permitted; grill fires must be contained and above ground.

There will be port-a-johns on the property for your use. It is always a good idea to bring extra toilet paper, hand sanitizer, etc.

You may bring food and drink and there will be great local food and drink vendors on site!

First aid and Security are available 24 hours a day. There will be a medical tent staffed with qualified EMT volunteers.

Lost & Found: There will be a lost & found tent by the information tent.

Handicapped accessibility.

Parking and camping: there will be a designated parking area for festival attendees with accessibility needs.

Bear in mind that the festival site is a working farm with uneven terrain and it is all outdoors, so come prepared!

Camping FAQ & guidelines

Camping arrivals begin at 12 pm on Friday 12 October 2018. If you arrive before this time you will be turned away. All campers must vacate the festival site by 12 noon on Sunday 14 October.

Camping is first-come first-served, so get to the festival site early for the best site!

You need a camping wristband to camp and will need to wear it all weekend. Camping is a flat fee of $5/person/day for all campers

Everyone staying in an RV needs to have a camping wristband on. 

RV camping is primitive: no hookups, no water, no cleanouts available.

All campers must leave the campsite by 12pm on Sunday 14 October 2018.
